Owner
Kevin Messick
I am a fourth generation contractor, and have been in construction for over 25 years. I started out in residential construction then moved into commercial, school buildings and government construction. I decided to start my own company after years of experience in multiple areas of construction, superintending and training. Since our company first started in June of 2006 with two employees we have grown every year to 20+ employees and office staff.
We have been involved in residential remodel, new construction, commercial and industrial.

Chris Kilcup has been part of the K & G team since 2017. He is responsible for estimating projects, creating bid proposals, and managing trades to ensure timely completion of government and private commercial projects.
Prior to K & G, Chris graduated from Washington State University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. He worked for CHS Engineers in Bellevue and Keltic Engineering in Lewiston furthering his understanding of municipal and structural design. Between Engineering companies, Chris worked within the construction management field as an assistant project manager in Seattle and an estimator/construction manager in Portland. Marlene graduated from the University of Idaho with a degree in Business Administration. Shortly thereafter she became a joint owner/manager with her husband of two local businesses. She continued working in the business administration field until 2007 when Marlene took a position with the Boy Scouts of America as a District Executive. Working for a non-profit organization involved fundraising, program development, volunteer management, and youth recruitment. She retired from the Boy Scouts in December 2014 and became the Office Manager for K & G Construction in January 2015.
Marlene was born and raised in Idaho and still living in this wonderful State. She has 2 grown sons (both of whom are Eagle Scouts) and 5 grandchildren.
