K&G Construction recently had the opportunity to work with Alturas Analytics, during which a wide range of services were provided to bring their new private research laboratory to life. The project involved constructing a two-story exterior shell using Insulated Concrete Forms, an internal red iron structural frame, and reinforced concrete slabs on both floors. Project focal points consisted of a stunning two-story entry way moss wall, exposed glulam beams, and a two-story lightwell through the center of the building to ensure plenty of natural light for both floors.

In terms of site details, our team executed the installation of a service yard equipped with an air compressor, backup generator, and nitrogen tanks, along with a loading dock for seamless logistics.

The seamless collaboration and execution of these services resulted in the successful completion of a state-of-the-art research facility for Alturas Analytics.
